Terms and Conditions

Introduction: This event is personally conducted by Jason Heavner and Cathy Heavner. We are passionate about the topic explored in the video and desire to engage others. The aim of this event is to receive feedback on the video.
Eligibility: Based on Jason Heavner’s sole discretion. In search of pastors or elders who meet the 1 Timothy 3:1-7 obligations of eldership. Must have U.S. mailing address.
Faith Criteria: Must believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
Each of the five questions must be answered with two or more sentences to qualify.
Entry Method: To participate, individuals must watch the specified video in full and complete and submit a brief survey. The first 15 qualifying participants will be entered into a drawing. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on August 31, 2023.
Gifts: Two applicants will be selected at random. The first name selected will receive a gift of $25 per month for 12 months or may receive the full amount in a single payment at our sole discretion. The second name selected will receive a gift of $75 per month for 12 months or may receive the full amount in a single payment at our sole discretion.
Payment Method: Payments will be made personally by Jason Heavner or Cathy Heavner, via cash or check.
Participant Obligations: During the 12-month period, the pastor/elder must maintain 2 qualifications. 1. Remain in good standing at their church and 2. Notify Jason Heavner in writing of any mailing address changes during the 12 months. Neglecting either of these 2 obligations may result in the participant from being disqualified from any remaining monthly gifts.
Use of Information: Information collected through the survey will be used at Jason Heavner and Cathy Heavner's discretion.
Drawing Rules: The drawing will be conducted on or before September 1, 2023. Winners will be announced via public Facebook post @ Jason Heavner and notified via email provided in survey.
Liabilities: Jason Heavner and Cathy Heavner assume no liability for any disputes or unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
